A good marketing plan does not need to be complicated. It needs to be consistent, measurable, and connected to a clear customer need.
Week 1: Strengthen your foundation. Update your Google Business Profile, confirm that your phone number and hours are correct, add recent photos, and make sure your website clearly explains what you do, who you serve, and how to contact you.
Week 2: Build helpful content. Answer five questions customers ask before purchasing. Turn each answer into a short social post, video, or website article. Useful information builds confidence before a customer ever calls.
Week 3: Create local relationships. Contact complementary businesses, community groups, and professional organizations. Look for referral opportunities, local events, and ways to support other South Carolina businesses.
Week 4: Follow up and measure. Contact recent leads, request reviews from satisfied customers, and review which posts, listings, or referrals produced calls and messages. Continue what worked and improve what did not.
The goal is not to be everywhere. The goal is to show up consistently where your ideal customers are already looking.
