Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applies to Featured and Premium subscriptions.

Recurring billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. Pricing and features are shown at purchase.

Canceling stops future renewal. Paid features generally continue through the current billing period.

Charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or approved for a verified billing error.

Overdue payments may suspend paid features or downgrade the account. Excess listings or photos may be hidden.

Submit billing concerns promptly with the account email, transaction date, and issue details.
