Directory service
Listings, verification badges, reviews, and featured placement are not guarantees, endorsements, license confirmations, or promises of service quality.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, act lawfully, and avoid fraud, harassment, impersonation, scraping, spam, malware, and platform interference.
Business responsibility
Businesses are solely responsible for services, prices, licenses, representations, customer communications, transactions, and legal compliance.
Moderation
SMP Group, LLC may edit, reject, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, reviews, and other content that violates these terms or may harm users.
Payments
Paid plans are processed through Stripe and remain available only while the subscription is active and in good standing.
Limitations
The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, SMP Group, LLC is not liable for disputes or transactions between users and listed businesses.
